Four large norway spruces and three large bald cypress were planted at the site. The spruces will screen the highway wall and the new cypress were added to existing cypress to create a lovely grove. Prior to planting we removed several dead trees, trimmed and mulched all healthy trees, renovated the turf, and MoDOT renovated the drainage system and dry creek. It all adds up to a well groomed area at a major entrance to Ladue. We are especially grateful to the Ladue Garden Club for partnering with us on this project.
